What: Spec work. a restaurant with a different menu every day, using ingredients sourced only from restaurant and grocery store leftovers that would otherwise be going into landfills.

Where: South Waterfront, Portland

How: to allow customers to keep up with the ever-changing menu, there is a website and app associated with wasted. where they may read about our story and sign up for a daily text reminder of the menu drop (each morning at 10AM PST). this website can be found via a QR code in front of our food waste art installation
